Delete Your Neon Account

You can delete your Neon account and all associated data directly from within the app.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the Neon app
2. Go to your Profile (Account section)
3. Tap “Delete Account”
4. Confirm your decision

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

• Your account will be permanently deleted
• All associated financial data (transactions, budgets, insights) will be erased
• This action cannot be undone

Data Retention

We may retain certain information where required for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes, for a limited period.

Reset App Data

You can also reset your app data without deleting your account:

• Go to Settings → Privacy & Data
• Tap “Reset App Data”

This will remove all locally stored data from your device.
